Featuring embroidery designs available through the official Sulky Embroidery Club
I am very happy to be attending the 2011 Certified Sulky Teacher school in late August. The new line of projects are very exciting and I can't wait to begin working on them and offer them to you. I am going to be very busy this Fall/Winter. Once I have returned from the training, I will post some pictures of the upcoming projects. Be sure to sign up for My Sewing Friends list to receive email messages regarding my updates.
My classes include all of the following resources:
I also offer live webinars to to stores only. As a student, you receive all of the above plus the ability to join the live webinar and access to the recording. Now, you will never miss a class and you can experience it over and over again. Please download a copy of my Certificate of Appreciation and present it to your favorite sewing store. This is a clever way of letting your favorite store know how much you appreciate all the services they provide you throughout the year. The store will receive access to even more things than are mentioned here, and when they mention that they received the Certificate of Appreciation, they will receive a special offer from me!!! So show your favorite store your appreciation!
Of course, I like them all, but it depends upon what you are looking for. I really enjoyed making the Sew Fabulous Pin-weaving Loralie lady project. The project on top of the Loralie lady teaches you how to dye stabilizer and use it as your own fabric! I really had SO MUCH FUN making the Fashionette Fish. My fishy is on the back of a shirt, but you can put it on anything. Wouldn't it look cute on a shower curtain. I've always wanted to do a landscape and now I am wondering what took me so long. This was a fun way to experiment with various free motion quilting designs and thread painting. The Market Tote would make a beautiful fall project with that paper pieced pumpkin pocket! The tote bag is so nice and I took it a step further and lined it so it is finished inside as well! The On-the Go Jewelry Tray is really nice too. This is very handy to hold odds and ends in your sewing room, and with the right fabrics, would make a handsome tray for that special man in your life for Father's Day. Hey, that's a great idea. That will be my next class. I always wanted to make postcards too, and this was quick and easy and FUN! Check out the class descriptions for more information about these classes!
